We specialize in Medical, Customer Service, Social Services, Emergency, and Legal Interpretation through Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI). Our mission is to ensure seamless communication and provide essential support in healthcare and other critical sectors.

Role Description

We are seeking full-time, remote English ↔ Spanish Interpreters. In this role, you will provide accurate consecutive interpretation over the phone between English and Spanish in medical, customer service, social services, emergency, and/or legal settings. You will play a key role in facilitating communication between providers and LEPs (Limited English Proficient individuals) to ensure clear understanding and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Medical Interpretation and strong interpreting skills

• Solid knowledge of medical, customer service, social services, and/or legal terminology

• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

• Excellent listening and communication skills

• Relevant certification in medical interpretation or related field preferred

• Strict adherence to HIPAA compliance

Technical Requirements

• Wired internet connection (Ethernet, directly to router; no Wi-Fi)

• Noise-canceling microphone and USB headset

• Latest version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox

• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday
