Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our 100% remote team in Latin America.
This is a high-performance, target-driven role focused on high-volume recruitment of interpreters across multiple languages. You will own the full recruitment cycle and play a key role in helping us scale our interpreter network efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who is results-oriented, proactive, and motivated by performance-based earnings, with the ability to work independently and consistently meet hiring goals.
Compensation Structure
- Base salary in USD
- Performance-based bonuses
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for interpreters (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment platforms
- Schedule and conduct virtual interviews via Google Meet
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate pipelines and ATS records
- Consistently meet daily and weekly hiring targets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure recruitment goals are achieved
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics (candidates sourced, interviews conducted, hires made)
- Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in BPO, interpretation, or high-volume hiring environments
- Bilingual English (C1–C2) and Spanish (mandatory; will be assessed)
- Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and work in performance-driven environments
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Experience using sourcing and ATS tools such as Indeed, JazzHR, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities
- Must be based in Latin America
