Role Overview
Kreato Global is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to monitor interpreter performance, ensure quality standards, and provide coaching that drives continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of OPI/VRI interpretation experience.
- Previous QA experience in a BPO or Language Services environment preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience providing coaching and feedback.

Requirements
- Monitor recorded OPI/VRI interpretation sessions.
- Evaluate interpreter performance using QA standards.
- Provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Identify quality trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company and client standards.
- Prepare QA reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Training teams.
